I did a similar dish awhile back and wanted to improve on it. I did the purée a bit differently, simmered directly in the heavy cream, the asparagus was ok but not perfect honestly. I brushed it lightly with oil and seasoning then air fried it, but it just wasn’t as good to me as a pan cook. The pork chop and purée were absolutely delicious though.
