
Mussels ~ I used Prince Edward Island Mussels. In a pot added champagne, garlic, squeezed oranges, chopped tomato, butter and parsley. Pasta~ (Aglio E Olio) Hot pan add olive oil, chopped garlic. I do a larger chop on the garlic and get it golden crispy. Add the pasta and coarse salt. I topped with parmesan cheese, parsley.
