I’m a UK person, I didn’t realise crumpets were only 95 cals, what a revelation! Egg is poached in vinegar water, the smoked salmon I heat slightly (don’t like the raw texture) and then I shake some Crystal hot sauce on, this is 220 with 15g protein! I will be eating this every morning! My downfall was the butter before but just use a little scraping now because the runny yolk makes the crumpet nice and moist.
