


Meal plan for today! Looking at my daily nutrients, I think I need to add some supplements. I'm a super picky eater, need to lower my cholesterol, and try to stick to intermittent fasting. Planning with variety has been challenging while still hitting protein, fibre and cholesterol goals. I picked out a few recipes from a toddler food blog that have gone well 𤣠Yogurt bagels and butternut mac & cheese were excellent.
