    I didn’t know they made sugar free maple syrup.

    Maple syrup itself is a good alternative to sugar
    It has less calories in the same amount.

    Persoanlly, so many ‘non fat’, sugar sub for long term makes me nervous.

    You might lose weight but might damage your health.

    I’d rather eat real foods but less.
    You can always do 80/20

    But if this is just for a month or so., then ok I guess.

  2. What are your long term goals? Weight loss, maintanance, something else?

    From a macro standpoint you look fine. So long as you don’t have any symptoms of a vitamin deficiency you should be good to go.
