Hi, I’m wondering why one cereal which has no added sugar is nutritionally similar to the one with added sugar, especially calorie wise, for the same/similar weight. I see that the volumes are slightly different. I found this was I was buying plain cheerios to use atop my cottage cheese and looked at the honey nut ones and saw they have the same calories and similar amounts of carbs despite one having added sugar and the other one doesn’t?
