Yum! I’ve been making chicken alfredo a lot lately….. I use some grilled chicken, a quarter cup of alfredo (45 cals!) & will weigh out a serving a pasta
That or I’ll make a “chicken cordon bleu” wrap w/ ham & chicken & some swiss & a lil bit of alfredo lol soooo good
