One of my favorite oven pizzas. They’re fantastic.

You should try making your own! I make some with yogurt flour base and it’s not bad!

I would absolutely love to know where you got this. This is the best life hack I’ve seen all year.

Just before I saw this post I thought, “hmmm pizza sounds really good.” but I think you saved me.
Also, this is smart.

Ugh I was just craving pizza, so thank you for reminding me how many calories are in a single pizza slice

I just did a very similar thing, but I got a two pack of 6″ individual pizzas that are 430 calories each. Yours looks like better quality, but I’m sure we both had a great treat. 😀

A slice of raw zucchini and a slice of red bell pepper can give a pizza hit sometimes…..

340cal for a 145g slice is insanely high. Peak America.

Hell yeah!
Another one I do is tortilla + a couple spoons of red sauce + whatever cheese I have + flavor agents (basil, pepper, balsamic glaze) —> put in toaster oven
Takes like 4 minutes for me to make and it’s a pretty legit ultra-thin-crust pizza. Portion controlled by the size of tortilla.

Christ, pizza is bad for you. It’s so easy to forget.

honestly i think this is so smart though – i love having ‘healthier’ comfort food options on hand bc i KNOW i love an excuse to get takeout if i get a craving!

I love pizza. I have it regularly but I use 2 or 3 bell peppers as the base instead of pizza dough. I cut the peppers so I can lay them on a plate. Microwave to soften. Then add tomato purée, tuna to up the protein, sliced red onion, olives, mozzarella and bake in the oven. I take it off the oven tray with a big fish slice so it stays pizza-ish shapes. It is so satisfying and tasty. 450 calories including 100g mozzarella and 60g tuna. Edit to add: 39g protein, 17g carbs.

These are really good. I usually put some vegan pep or vegan chorizo (abott makes a good one), some jalapenos, and drizzle hot honey (once out of the oven).

I really enjoy making Sola bagel mini pizzas with turkey pepperoni. Each half is 130 calories and delicious
