Bell peppers should be one higher maybe, same as squash

  1. I don’t belive you never tried radish or kale that’s basically impossible if you’ve ever had a salad mix

  2. Why would red and white cabbage be so far apart? They taste very similar, it’s basically just a colour difference. Yes, pink coleslaw can look weird, but red sauerkraut looks lovely. I can understand not liking radicchio if you don’t like bitter things, but it’s unlike red cabbage.

    As for the whole list? I love them all, but it depends what I’m making. Eggplant is S tier on pizza, but not in many salads whereas lettuce sucks on pizza.

    My main issues…

    1. Mushrooms are not vegetables.

    2. Parsley and cilantro?? Where is basil and all all the other things that qualify as fresh herbs?
