I am one of those people who loveeeee tuna with all my heart. I was craving a tuna melt, and made one that is around ~220 calories, breakdown in second picture. A note that I definitely skimped on the cheese because I had to save some calories for some plans tonight, and the tortilla is not as big as an average tortilla, but for me it is still a good size (bigger than mini tacos) and doesn’t taste low calorie! I added some yogurt during my lunch because I had a busy day and wanted more protein — if you like a thicker yogurt, skyr is so yummy!
