I'm trying less than 40g of carbs for a while as per dr Mindy Pelz "fast like a girl" to get rid of stubborn fat.

Meal 1 – boiled eggs, bacon, radishes, cucumbers, cottage cheese with mustard.

Meal 2 – whole fish (sea bream 250g), radish cucumber and goat cheese salad, sweet potato baked

Meal 3 – Skyr blended with strawberries topped with chia and flax seeds and some peanut butter.
