This is one of my most low effort meals and I can eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. First pic is the decorative one, second one the actual huge ass portion. This is not a soup bowl – This is a freaking pasta bowl full.

Just throw some dried mushrooms, dried anchovy, garlic, and dried chili into hot water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Then fish out the anchovy and throw in the firm veggies (onions in rings, the rest cubed) and cook until softened.

Then throw in bok choy and silken tofu. Cook until the bok choy stems are a little softened (1-2 minutes).

I added 3 chicken mushroom dumplings (60g = 100kcal) halfway through and topped it with 3g of laoganma chili oil (20kcal).

The entire bowl came out 273 kcal with 15g protein.
