

I’m a long time lurker of this sub. Mostly because I’m a boring eater ( chicken and eggs) and always looking for new way to eat it.
I’ve been under an immense amount of stress the last 3 months being displaced from my home, and put on 15 pounds . 115 to 130. I’m prob the only asshole to chunk on 15 pounds by nightly binge eating of mostly rice crisps and peanut butter. I’ve gone from 1000 cal to 2000 and eating 20- 50 carbs to over 200 a day! Haven’t had carbs (snacks) in 10 years.
I’m two days out of the binge and getting my meals back on track.
In attempts to help hold myself accountable I’m going to start posting some of my meals.
Tonight Baked chicken , egg whites , lettuce , carrots, cucumbers and blueberries.
Feeling no urge to snack !
