I’m not a fan of hacks. I very much prefer a smaller serving of the real thing than a load of fake garbage. Most nights I save 200 calories for an ice cream sandwich or a pop tart.

Tonight I didn’t have anything and I was desperate for sweets but too lazy to go out shopping… so I rummaged and found a box of sugar free pudding mix (120 cals for the whole box). Whipped it into a core power shake (170 cals).

And voila! Protein pudding.

You could have the entire thing for 290, I do about 1/3 because it’s filling.
