Ingredients:
- 170g Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Best Vanilla Greek Yogurt imo
- 1 tbsp (15ml) almond milk
- Mostly for texture, also helps with chia seeds . Could sub for water if wanted.
- 1 tsp (3g) black chia seeds
- 75g fresh strawberries, sliced
- 30g Nature Valley Protein Honey & Oats Granola
- 10g raw almonds with skin, crushed
Preparation:
- Add Greek yogurt to a bowl.
- Pour in the milk and mix until smooth / Incorporated.
- Sprinkle in chia seeds and stir well. Let it sit for 10 minutes so that the chia seeds can absorb enough moisture.
- You could 100% prep chia seeds before hand, I am just very lazy and don't want to do that lol
- Top with sliced strawberries, crushed almonds, and granola.
- Mix if desired (I mix mine up), and enjoy!
