Ingredients:

  • 170g Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    • Best Vanilla Greek Yogurt imo
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) almond milk
    • Mostly for texture, also helps with chia seeds . Could sub for water if wanted.
  • 1 tsp (3g) black chia seeds
  • 75g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 30g Nature Valley Protein Honey & Oats Granola
  • 10g raw almonds with skin, crushed

Preparation:

  • Add Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  • Pour in the milk and mix until smooth / Incorporated.
  • Sprinkle in chia seeds and stir well. Let it sit for 10 minutes so that the chia seeds can absorb enough moisture.
    • You could 100% prep chia seeds before hand, I am just very lazy and don't want to do that lol
  • Top with sliced strawberries, crushed almonds, and granola.
  • Mix if desired (I mix mine up), and enjoy!
