You can literally make anything with ricotta or cottage cheese. Just use it as a base and top it with PopCorners—it tastes so good. I’ve done this with just tomatoes and cottage cheese, and also with cooked chicken, cottage cheese, and ranch dressing powder. It’s just really good snack food.

And all these ingredients can be used for other things too, so it’s not like you’d be buying them just for this recipe. I feel like it’s a great option if you're looking for a snack that won’t break your calorie bank and is affordable, in my opinion.
