Crumbl is definitely a calorie bomb, but even homemade Tres Leches cake is super calorie dense.

Get the mini one, fit it in to your daily cals and move on. It’s all about balance but you can’t stop living life.

The normal size things at Crumbl are definitely not just for 1 person. I appreciate that they do have the total calorie count though rather than trying to figure out servings.

I only had Crumbl once when one of my coworkers brought them into the office. Later I was horified to find out not only how expensive each cookie is, but how many calories they contain. In my opinion they are not good enough to be that expensive or caloric. Just not worth it. I’d rather just have an Oreo 🤷‍♀️

  5. I think it’s perfectly normal to enjoy the sweeter things in life! You can get the mini versions like others suggested, or you can eat a half or quarter of it and save the rest, or share it. You don’t need to finish the whole thing, and you also don’t need to beat yourself up about enjoying it, either! Hope it was tasty!!

Crumbl is the devil. They have the most calorie dense desserts ever.

I’m not sure if they make the cakes in mini size, but whenever I go I get a pack of minis. They’re so sweet and rich that a mini is the perfect size

Whenever I see these posts I’m glad they don’t exist in Europe (yet!). Because I seriously LOVE soft cookies and stuff like that!!! I wouldn’t be able to resist, I’d eat them all the time! 😭

    all my homies hate crumbl.

do you live in the southeast? publix tres leches go HARD.

  10. Walmart sells mini tres leches cups that are actually really good and around 250-350 depending on the flavor.

The sugar count on those is off the charts. I don’t know how anyone eats those. I would take a Ms Fields cookie any day over Crumbl

  12. Wtf are they putting in there. The latin bakery I go to has the nutritional info of the cake on it and tres leches is about 400 cal a nice slice.

forget the calories, the stomach ache from eating that many calories of solid fat and sugar would send me into orbit

I just don’t get whose idea it was to create such a calorie dense food. In Asda u can get some for like 200 cals probs much nicer and aren’t like sawdust

I can’t even believe I was having Crumbl multiple times in one week before my weight loss journey! 🫣

I still love it. I enjoyed a whole cookie guilt free for my anniversary this year… probably gonna wait another 6 months until I go again. Gotta exercise that willpower.

Or you can go like once a month or a few times per year. It’s okay to treat yourself every now and then.

  17. I don’t vehemently hate Crumbl, but good freaking lord… they could stand to start selling mini-cookies instead of upsizing to the cakes like they started doing. The calories and sugar content are just outrageous 😢 If I do spot a flavor I want to try, I end up slicing it in 4 or 6 separate pieces and rationing it out for as long as possible.
