I usually get more volume and variation with 1200 calories, but today was my burger day.
I had two large burgers with homemade high-protein burger buns. One of the buns has 204 calories and 16g protein.
One with a vegan chicken patty and BBQ sauce and one with a Mediterranean veggie patty and garlic sauce.
A total of 998 calories and 55g protein.
For dessert, a 140g low-fat quark with sweetener, freeze-dried raspberries and today (I don't usually include this) a chocolate bar filled with yoghurt cream and chopped strawberries (Yogurette) in my quark. I then add soy crisps on top. That's 207 calories with 23g protein.
