Thank you to the person who reminded me about the tortilla pizza on this sub! It used to be a favorite. Just made it and still delicious. I hate when the air fryer throws the pepperoni around so I hit broil on the oven, threw the tortilla in until it started to brown on the edges (no oil needed). Pulled that out and added a little bit of sauce, cheese, turkey pepperoni, Italian seasoning + Aleppo pepper (happy accident). Popped it back in the oven until it was melty. Hit the spot 🙂
