That's whiting fish with blackening seasoning cooked in a pan. And then tomatoes with salt pepper and Korean chili flakes, and green beans in a mustard sauce of Dijon mustard, rough ground mustard, a little bit of (fake) maple syrup, some apple cider and some chili powder.
