    I sure hope you’re at least taking a multivitamin with a diet like this.

  2. I’m the same way when it comes to the timing of my meals. But this has next to no protein? Protein (whether it’s chicken, chickpeas, or something else) is essential to feeling satiated. Idk how you’re not starving within 2 hours of eating this.

    If you want to not be hungry, I’d build better macro meals. 600 calories of carbs is hardly a “shit ton” of food.

    If you are aware of the nutrients you need or consume daily, then happy for you that you got a nice meal. I personally would replace the corn for diced chicken breast salted with some actual mushrooms and broccoli or veggies on the side. Protein is what actually makes me feel full.
