Here’s a high volume and high protein dinner (~600 calories for the whole plate / ~490g food / 1 serving). Once I was done with this one, I was absolutely stuffed. Macros: 51% carbs (73g), 8% fat (5g), 41% protein (58g).

Bowl Ingredients (4 Servings):
830g Potatoes -> bake in oven at 200c for 40mins (with s/p),
800g Chicken Breast -> boil for 10mins -> shred with egg beater,
750g Broccoli -> bake in oven at 200c for 25mins (with s/p).

Gochujang Sauce Ingredients (4 Servings):
30g Mirin,
45g Soy Sauce,
135g Gochujang,
15g Garlic,
10g Ginger,
15g Gochugaru,
10g Brown Sugar Alternative,
15g Brown Sugar,
10g Dasida Powder,
1tsp Onion Powder.

Mix sauce and add to shredded chicken, cook on stove for ~5mins with added water until saucy consistency (see pic).
