







Feeling very satisfied and happy with my meals today!
Fasted until 1pm
Lunch 1pm: protein smoothie bowl
Snack 2pm: 2 dates with tahini (I used to find it so bitter but now I love it and stops more sugar craving)
Dinner 6:30pm: protein bagel with 2 eggs and 1 egg white, with mustard, garlic paste, lots of spinach and tomatoes
Dessert 7pm: homemade ice cream with cottage cheese, Fage yogurt and berries (had half the serving shown there)
I did snack a bit more on raisins which got me a little more than 1200 – oh well, nearly!
