Hello all,

I am struggling to find good meals. I am a big foodie.
For the most part I am doing good this isn’t my first rodeo. It’s just hard because I’m cooking for my boyfriend and I and he is not in a calorie deficit so I make the “same” meal but don’t measure with his.

I am slowly but surely learning more. But I need quick easy meals asap. I have a three month old and my brain is so tired. I’ve done different versions of protein bowls, stir fry, Alfredo etc the basics. I’m just nervous about creating an e/d. How can we go out to eat without me not feeling bad?? Idk

This is was a dinner/lunch looks like for me.
