First meal of the day but I don’t really like breakfast foods too often and it’s noon lol

3.8oz of salmon
3oz of asparagus
2oz basmati rice
Little bit of onion & garlic
Drenched in lemon juice

So so good I was honestly shocked how little calories it was bc it was so filling and I didn’t plug it into myfitnesspal until after I ate it and was very pleasantly surprised !
