0% greek yoghurt is my best friend for preparing high protein meals. Recently I eat this yoghurt with unfrozen forest fruits mix. And always add extra virgin olive oil on top, because I try to really pay attention for healthy fats in my diet.
Packed with protein, fiber from berries, a lot of antioxidants and healthy fat, it makes me happy.

Today's bowl: 350g of 0% yoghurt, 230g of forest fruits mix and 10ml of my best olive oil.
