Good macros on these! I have the Amylu brand which is 100 cal for a 64g sausage. I like to chop them up and add them to Fiber Gourmet or Carbe diem penne and Classico Italian Sausage pasta sauce, tossed with roasted broccoli, reduced fat mozzarella, garlic, and a sprinkle of parmesan and crushed red pepper.
