Low fat cottage cheese (1/2 c), 2T ranch, 1 mini cucumber, 4/5 mini bells, about a cup of sugar snap peas, and around 1/2 c baby carrots, 2 large farm fresh eggs (a little overdone, but oh well)

I tried to err on the higher end and then rounded up to 500 Cals. (If Google was correct). Lol the ranch gave it a big numbers hike of course. It was delicious and super filling. Like deep breath take those last few bites filling. Missing any nutrients? Does 500 for one meal seem too much? I'm trying to get a handle on my shit, and this sub is so friendly and encouraging, thought I'd ask y'all for input. THANKS
