
Looking forward to my loaded Sushi bowl!
It has 1oz white kimchi, 1 oz pickled carrots & radish, 1 tbsp pickled ginger, 1/2 a sm. avocado, about 1/3 cup sliced mango, 1 1/2 sm. cucumber, 1 green onion, 2 gimme teriyaki seaweed sheets, pearl Rice (227 cal worth), Trader Joe’s smoked ahi tuna, & 2 “krab” sticks.
I try to keep my meals under 500 calories, but I couldn’t resist putting all my favorites into this bowl!
I am on a 1400-1500 cal per day diet & one day a week I eat 1800 cal. In one month I’ve lost 13 lbs, going from 185lbs to my current weight of 173lbs. I am a female who is 5’6”.
