
Today’s my first day of healthy eating, I have about 100 pounds to lose and I meal prepped for a few days!
Breakfast: egg muffins and turkey sausage with sriracha, 250calories
Lunch: red pesto carbe diem pasta with cornflake breaded chicken and broccoli: 400 calories
I can definitely find some places to cut calories but I figured imperfect is still a good first day!
