
Cup of cottage cheese (180 cals 26g protein) franks red hot buffalo sauce to taste (it says 0 cals but I never put more that 2-3 tbs just to be safe) and then celery sticks to dip in it (approx 30 cals depending on how much you have). It’s such a good snack/meal to eat while watching tv or whatever because it’s a dip and it’s got enough protein where I never feel like I’m wasting calories!
