

Working from home today, which means I usually reach for snacks, so I opted for guac and chips, chips were actually made from a low carb wrap cut into chip sizes.
To ensure I’m at or above 1200 cal a day I either opt for 3 x 300-400 calorie meals or 5 x 200 calorie smaller meals/snacks. This was quite filling so I’ve opted to have it as a meal.
