Since occasionally people ask about store staples, or standard shop orders, here's my household staples! "Zero calorie" items (aka, giant volumes of vegetables) not pictured. Getting the "right varieties" really does matter–one housemate accidentally got the red cap Sriracha once, which is 7 calories a teaspoon, as opposed to the 0 in the green cap one, and it's all from added sugar. Similar issues happened when he helpfully got the low fat instead of the zero sugar chobani.
