Hi, do you just throw everything together and then bake? Sorry I am not sure how you make this but it looks incredible and I’d like to make it for my wife.
It looks like there’s a crust? What is it?

The result might not be quite the same but I imagine it’s even quicker to throw the ingredients in a pan and while they are still somewhat soggy at the top, add the tortilla/wrap on top, press down gently and then flip. Then fry for another 1 minute or so until the tortilla/wrap is crispy et voilá
