400g cauliflower rice. 190g marinara sauce. 14g grated parmasan cheese.

If you want to buff the protein then you could swap the parm for cottage cheese or far free cheese but I didnt had that. Also I have no struggles hitting my protein goal in a day.

I bought cauliflower rice on sale so I have been eating this a lot lately for lunch because it is so easy. I just toss the cauliflower in a microwave steaming tub with a splash of water for 5 minutes in the microwave. And then toss it on a plate with sauce and cheese. add it in the microwave just 2 more minutes. And then it is done.
