


I had hummus in the fridge and leftover soy sauce and wasabi from sushi takeout, so I thought I’d throw it on some tilapia to see how it turned out. I’m obsessed with this meal! I’ve been swapping out the veg for anything I have on hand and I just spread the hummus and plop everything else, even the sauce on top. I’m pleasantly surprised by how well the flavors mix and it doesn’t hurt that it’s a really tasty way to hit my fiber goals.
I don’t measure/track the soy sauce or wasabi but the amount in a small takeaway sauce container has made 4 meals!
