
I was low on ingredients today and discovered a decent recipe.
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (20 calories)
- 25 or so radishes, quartered (25 calories)
- whatever seasonings/flavor enhancers (I used salt, pepper, garlic, oregano)
- bake in a casserole dish at 400 for 35-40min
Very filling, tastes pretty good. Almost like a potato soup. For less than 100 calories I was happy with it for a light dinner. Then again my standards are really low.

Roast and steamed radishes are very underrated. I make a killer no carb faux tato salad with them
Looks yum! I also cook them in a frying pan so they get a nice char on the outside.
