grabbed the carbe diem when it was on sale on Amazon (thanks to another user for posting ab it!) and made dinner tonight!! Delicious!!
- 150g chicken
- 2 oz carbe diem
- spinach, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onion
- 2 laughing cow garlic and herb cheese wedges
- asparagus on the side!
