for lunch i tend to eat it charcuterie style because i dont love reheated foods. My calores tend to be ~500 for lunch and maybe 600 for dinner and a night time snack like yasso bars. Is snacking in my case thru out the morning better than a meal at lunch? I tend to always think about food leading up to lunch, but not really “hungry” per say. Would it be okay? Should i continue to try and train myself to only meals?
