    Looks great! I do this for lunches too, same thing I’d do for dinner but with less rice/pasta/potatoes

  2. How does your chicken have 147 calories for 114g? Every single google search I make says it’s roughly 165 for 100g.

  3. Sautéed diced cabbage would be amazing with this in place of rice if you need a little extra something to fill you up. I make something similar!

    this looks like homemade panda express (that’s a good thing because i LOVE their mushroom chicken with super greens but don’t wanna fork over the cash). yum!

    Unpopular opinion here I’m sure but calling something under 250 cals a “meal” to me just seems wrong.

  6. Honestly tried ditching rice but even a high volume of veggies dont fill me up as much. Might try cauliflower rice but I heard it tastes awful
