SkinnyTaste’s Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese turned into a tasty entree casserole.

I followed the recipe exact, except I replaced the gruyere with some Hickory barbecue flavored Gouda I already had in my fridge. I added 11 ounces of blackened seasoned, boneless skinless chicken breast, and I also added a can of green peas.

I made this recipe using 10 ounces of Carbe Diem instead of regular pasta!
