I could've done a little better- I'm tryna stay in the 1200 – 1300 range but I'll be mostly proud as long as I don't go over 1500 (i have no idea what Cronometer thinks my goal is or the Expenditure is?). mostly focused on how much I'm eating, and just trying to make slightly healthier choices, y'know? if i was less lazy tonight i would've done chicken instead of hotdogs, i just grabbed the first protein that would've been easy to add to my rice. trying to drink a bunch of water is my biggest struggle, but this isn't the end of the day it's just the end of what i'm eating, so i'll try and finish off a few more waters (or at least zero sugar juice…)

this is combined with me trying to walk and exercise daily. Hardest part because I have a lot of aches and fatigue. i won't be adding the actual exercise to the journal because i'll be doing it at night time before bed and it's hit or miss. Any tips?
