once again no intentional exercise done today.
I forgot to take a lot of pictures of my food today because I was so busy and focused on studying. But omg I am actually mentally dying from the studying and it makes me so hungry because im so sleep deprived and I keep eating to stay awake. Ive been eating over 1300 almost everyday LMAO rip. I need a 1300 is plenty or 1400 is plenty chat one day.
But I haven’t gone grocery shopping since sunday and I dont think I will have time to go tmrw…. I finished all my salad stuff and chicken I had prepped up and now all I have is yogurt oatmeal and fruit so I think tmrw im going to end up eating a lot of on campus restaurant foods which I know isn’t the healthiest but until these two exams are done im giving myself a grace period. but yeah ended up buying an acai bowl and a snack wrap at school and ngl they were so good i want more…

pls don’t judge my oatmeal yogurt mix too hard 😭 i didn’t take a picture before i started mixing them and they look lowkey disgusting in the photo but i swear it was good LMAO

Overall, I’d rate today so far as an 6.5/10 because im way over 1200 and I keep craving food as I study because im so sleep deprived. I cant wait for the weekend and next week where I can commit rly hard to this. Also I since I am now below my week 1 goal weigh im being more generous to myself with my intake since I am more focused on maintenaning of this weight so I can be successful in the long run.
