Although i know it’s just water weight seeing the weigh go down is a good motivator that im doing things right.
Week 1 weight goal has almost been met since i wanted to be 56.5kg. So for the rest of the week my main focus will be slightly geared toward maintaining this weight but not going to complain if I lose some more ofc.
I didn’t do any intentional exercises because I genuinely don’t have time for it since it’s my exam week but my campus is huge so i did get a couple steps in … better than nothing!
But I haven’t been home the whole day. I spent the day in the library studying and i just got home from an a&p lab and quiz from 6-9pm and im eating my dinner as i write this at 9:30pm. I snacked a lot today and ate a lot of processed food because I didn’t pack a dinner so I got hungry and needed a pick me up so thats why snack is more than any of my meals LOL. But ig those are today’s indulgences and they hit so hard ugh I love snacks lol they’re my endgame. (Forgot to get a picture of my peanut butter crackers and uncrustable)
Overall, I’d rate today so far as an 8/10 because I’m not quite sure how the night will go as I will be staying up till at least 3am studying meaning high chance of stress binging and getting hungry but i just hope i have self discipline to not act upon the binge brain. If I do binge this day is literally going to drop to a 3/10 🫠 I most likely will have an another snack tho, but just no binging hopefully. Ngl this is prob how the rest of my week schedule is going to be like until I finish my a&p and biochem tests.
