    Dinner: chicken teriyaki with rice and brocolli 450 calories

    Not pictured is a 750g tub of yogurt with 3 scoops of protein powder mixed in, 175cal. I just serve those individually every day

    That quiche looks good. And the fruit! Divine. So many good sounding and looking recipes for cottage cheese and I can’t eat the darn stuff. Enjoy your meals!
