* 2 Premier Protein pancakes
* 1 tsp maple syrup
* 1 egg
* ~1tsp vinegar
* 1 Kraft singles
* 1.5 slices microwaveable turkey bacon
*I’d imagine you can make this even lower cal with egg whites (vs. a whole egg) or some Laughing Cow, but I wanted to treat myself :)*
**Recipe**
1. Poached egg: Fill a mug 3/4 of the way with water. Add vinegar, then crack egg into the mug. Microwave in 15-30 second increments until cooked to your liking!
2. Prepare pancakes according to package directions. Add maple syrup on one of the pancakes, then rub them together a bit to distribute.
3. Tear turkey bacon into halves, then prepare according to package directions.
4. Assemble McGriddle with pancakes, egg, turkey bacon, and cheese. Microwave for 15-30 seconds. Enjoy!
