
Today my family bought Chinese food and I wanted to show you guys how I portion out my plates when eating high calorie foods like this. I have no idea the calories, this is my OMAD meal. If I was to estimate, maybe 650?
I knew the rice is high in salt so I mixed it with pearl barley that I cooked yesterday. Then, I got a tomato and kale and microwaved it, along with some salad dressing I made this week. I added a few tablespoons of the rice and one chicken, because itโs deep fried.
And done! The food was good. Washed it down with some tea, and I plan to have protein pancakes for dessert ๐
