i usually eat 2 or 3 big meals per day so this one is on the higher calorie end w/ 564 calories and 40g of protein. so satisfying tho.

-egg sandwich: 1 egg, sourdough, low fat cottage cheese, spinach, green onions, turkey bacon, seasonings, and light white cheddar

yogurt bowl: light and fit strawberry cheesecake yogurt, dark choc hazelnut granola, muddled raspberries, and a square of dark choc w/ vanilla bean to top it off! c:
