  1. The Trader Joe’s chicken soup tastes exactly the same for half the cost and has very similar macros. It’s a staple in my weight loss journey

    The sodium content is a no for me. This does taste pretty good though.

    Love that Trader Joe’s option too! It’s amazing how similar they taste, but I always check the sodium—definitely a sneaky culprit in these soups. Still, when I need a quick meal, both are lifesavers! 🥣💪

    I love packaged soup and keep veggies and low sodium bullion on hand to bulk it up.

  6. I always use the bones/carcass from an eaten whole roasted chicken to make several quarts of chicken stock and/or soups. Using an Instapot makes this task super fast, easy, cheap, and healthier because you can control the ingredients/sodium.
