Has anyone tried this low calorie keto bread? Would you say the nutritional facts are accurate per serving size? I’ve been avoiding having any type of bread, but I really want to give this one a shot.
Lewis is fine, not great. For keto bread, I prefer extraordinary bites, bettergoods, keto culture, and auntie millies (this last one is the best but you can only get it online for way too much money unfortunately)
Edit: also keto bread is amazing for protein and fiber (depending on the brand) so you should give it a shot if you find one you like

I haven’t tried the keto version, but this one by the same brand is 35 cal per slice and really good:
It’s a bit smaller than a standard slice of bread but I don’t mind since the taste/texture is good. I like the Italian flavor best but the whole wheat is good too. I’m not sure what makes the keto version different but it’s a lot more expensive where I live so I haven’t tried it.

Ive tried them all. Their regular is fine, but their Hawaiian and Cinnamon are GOAT. Their honey version is terrible, I don’t know what honey they are using, but it doesn’t taste at all like honey, and it isn’t even sweet.
Walmarts version branded Betterfoods is excellent. The Honey Wheat version is the best, but hardest to find of the three I have seen (white, wheat, honey wheat). Their buns are same ingredients as the white, but its cheaper by weight, so I usually get that instead to maximize product/$.

This is actually my keto bread of choice and I just bought two more loafs this morning. Works great for me

I’ve been using it and it’s great. Keep in mind the “fiber” is RS4, resistant starch and actually has 2 calories/g although legally the nutrition label is allowed to omit these calories. So the bread I have says 35 calories per slice on the label but I log it as 51 calories per slice because it has 8g of fiber which is an additional 16 calories per slice. Insoluble fiber is the fiber that is 0 calories/g. Every other nutrition label on products not marketed as keto include the calories of fiber on the label.
